January 23 rd I'm 49
years old and still alive! Thank you God :)
JANUARY I hope this new year brings everyone
much happiness, prosperity and most importantly, good health!!!
Now for the bad news. My city has
fallen to animal rights advocate influences. The city council passed more anti-pet legislation. Effective
January 1, 2011 the city has made if virtually impossible for any reputable breeder to have puppies. If this continues,
soon it will be virtually impossible to own a purebred dog. Sadly the new ordinance targets reputable breeders only.
It does nothing to irresponsible pet owners who didn't follow any kind of pet regulations before and it certainly
will not stop any substandard breeders from producing more puppies. All this will do is keep people like me from having
quality purebred puppies availabe to the public. Most neighborhoods are not zoned for commercial business. Since I am an advocate for my rights and member of pet organizations that offer realistic solutions to city problems,
that leaves me open target for the crazies. Already I've received an onslaught of atypical inquiries of
puppy requests.
I do not have any plans to have any puppies in the future.
Please
cherish your Daystar Kids. Thank you so much for loving them and giving them such wonderful homes.
January
5th The decision was made by my doctor and nurse case manager and myself to be taken off light duty status at work.
I am not close to my pre injury condition, but my employer told me that I would be fired if I didn't go back to
full duty. Effective today, I am full duty. HNY to me.
February
We experienced record breaking sub-zero weather! Terrible power outages, water pipes breaking!
It was time to upgrade my vehicle. Over 8 yrs with my Ford Explorer, I traded it for a new Honda Element.
I look forward to atleast 8 years with my Element. It's too cool. I love it!
HAPPY VALENTINE'S
DAY (muah)
March
I really am tired of people who can without
a blink, thinks it's no big deal to go against their own word, break their promises and forget about their signed
contract on their adult dog simply because they want a cute puppy. They will say anything to get what they want.
Even BEG you, may I have that puppy! Then they forget their word is their vow, forget the promises, and most of all
sacrifice a friendship. Am I the only one, who thinks, my word, a promise is to be kept regardless... I despise the thought of having to lower my standards, my expectations just so I won't have to be disappointed by human
actions. April Happy Birthday
to my son, Matthew! October Can't believe so much time has flown by. I hope everyone has had a healthy year so far. It's the fall, time for Halloween! One of my favorite
times of year! November
Wishing everyone
a peaceful & warm Thanksgiving with family and friends!
